Can't upload file, also page looks broken, icons missing/not loading

I have 2 translation gigs due soon and I noticed that fiverr looked odd when I logged in, icons missing and such things and when I went to check how this affected the delivery part/upload of my gig I found out that the whole upload part of the delivery pop-up window was gone. What should I do? Anyone else having this problem? Can it be fixed and if so how? I also clicked the “problems with upload?” link but it’s all the same. This is what it looks like:

Have you tried with a different browser?

I tried different browsers, I even tried a different computer but it made no difference. However, I came back in the morning to check if the problem still persisted, (in that case I would have had to contact customer support about it) but now it’s back to normal again for me. I’m relived but I really wonder what that was all about.
