"ErrorId 203 : Ticket already used" When taking Fiverr Skills Test

So for the past 15 hours whenever I click on and start any Fiverr skills test it brings up the error message shown below, I have no idea how to fix this.

Is this the same test? How many times have you taken the test? But if you really mean any test then you should contact Customer Support.. support@fiverr.com

How often can I take a skills test?

There is a one-day waiting period between test retakes. You may only take a test twice within a three-month period.
