Response rate!

I always do answer the buyer's messages, but in overview section there showing the response rate 83%. I don't understand why? Somebody plz answer.

Same problem with me. I always do answer quickly but my response rate has decreased to 50%.

Just simple trick always try to response within 12 hours, as I saw your score was 83 it's really bad for profile, but no worries you will response fast as you can they will cover up in next 60 days
