Bug when creating a gig

When building my gig it first told me basic packages couldn't be 3500, which it wasn't. I tried editing them to different numbers, which didn't work. Then I switch all packages to below 3500 to get through and edit later. This worked until I got to the 4th section where I was then notified basic packages couldn't be 2000. I went and revised again to make all packages less than 1000 to ensure I can get through to finish and then edit once completed. This didn't work and now I'm stuck on a page that is giving me a warning for something that isn't happening. 

I do not know how to move forward and can only think this is a bug on Fiverr's end and not a mistake I'm making. Please advise.
