Today is my worst Day. MY GIG WAS DENIED

prasanthbonline

Question

I have a GIG called Snapchat shoutout & blue arrows. I have had this gig over 3+ years, completed over 600+ orders on that particular gig with 250+ 5 star ratings. I have only 2 ratings as 1 star. Everything was good going until today.

I try to change gig title. Not like changing entirely just I added word " promotion " to the title. As soon as I click save, my gig shows Gigs were removed & it went straight to the denied tab. It looks like automated system that removed my gig. If you are an active seller on fiverr for more than 5+ years you would probably know how hard to maintain profile ration & ratings to get orders regularly. I have completed more than 1000+ orders on fiverr. I have spent more time & deliver great result each & every time to maintain my profile as 5 star ratings. Now my 7 years of hard work are lost in just a matter of minutes.

I have already connected with customer support, but still now my gig was in the denied tab. My current profile has 4.9 Star ratings with 475 reviews. If you compare 475 reviews with 4.9 stars it is hard to maintain like this, but now I lost hope & am planning to close my fiverr account. I’m writing this because if there is someone who can guide or help me in any way, that would be much much appreciated.

Regards

Prasanth

No one on the forums is likely to be able to help you. We're mostly all Buyers and Sellers.

That's your choice, and no one can make it for you. If you do think you might ever come back, though, it would be better to simply pause all your remaining gigs.

Yes, I thought this may happen to someone & I thought some experienced person will give some ideas. BTW I'm waiting for support team response.
