Due for level one seller

Hello. I'm due for level seller but the system still says I'm a new seller even after meeting the level one seller requirements. Is any facing the same issue?

Hey @veedesigns4u!

Firstly, are you sure you've met all the requirements? Always best to double check!

Secondly, if you check the app, when does it say your 'next evaluation' date is?

Thirdly, I think it can sometimes take 1 or 2 days for the new level to get applied.

You need to wait till the 15 of next month to upgrade your level.

It's been almost two months since I was due for level one and I've been evaluated twice.

Weird.... contact CS. If you've met the requirements then you should be promoted:

• Be an active seller for at least 60 days
• Complete at least 10 orders (all time)
• Earn $400 or more
• Maintain a 4.7-star rating over 60 days
• Deliver a 90% response rate score over 60 days
• Score a 90% order completion rate over 60 day
• Achieve a 90% on-time delivery score over 60 days
• Receive no warnings over 30 days

For you to upgrade your level, you will have to wait until the 15th of next month.

This is automatic. If there's a metric you're not reaching then you won't get to the next level.
