How can become Top Rated Seller ?

I have worked on fiverr around 1 year.

but I completed too much jobs around 310 GIG Completion and earned around 30K USD per month, 

so far I earned around 280 K USD.

then I am still 2 level seller.

If some have experience to become top rated seller, please let me know

I am still 2 level seller but I think I have done all things to become top rated.

The Top Rated class comprises an elite group of sellers who know what they are doing. Whereas the other ranks are automatically achieved, this one is achieved through a manual process.

Fiverr’s editorial team manually reviews the seller’s performance for the previous 60 days and awards this level when they meet the following requirements:

• Be an active seller for a minimum of 180 days
• Complete at least 100 orders (since starting on Fiverr)
• Earn $20,000 or more
• Maintain a 4.7-star rating over 60 days
• Deliver a 90% response rate score over 60 days
• Achieve a 90% order completion rate over 60 days
• Score a 90% on-time delivery score over 60 days
• Do not receive any warnings over 30 days
