I've received my first warning from fiverr customer support.



Hello Everyone,

Unfortuantely my account was flaged by the fiverr customer support for their terms and services violation but all i did was to just to get details from the buyer to get better knowledge of the project i did not have any intentions to ask the buyer for this project outside of fiverr. 

My questions is, will it be a good idea to contact customer support to remove the warning i have recieved ? will it help ?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Review once again if you've no fault.
If No fault, then just contact customer support, explain in details, share supportive logical explanation with screenshots may be.
If everything alright, CS team will help you to avoid the warning.
