Is it difficult to get order to an old account in Fiverr ?

Hello,
I created this account in 2019 and completed only 1 project within 7 days but last two years I was busy with my study and develop my programming skill.
Now I publish my all 7 Gig  got good impression but don't get any order. Is it difficult to get an order to an old account because fiverr always prioritizes new users?
