I'm about to recieve payment from fiverr to Payoneer and getting this Error!

Why my account is cancelled as im getting payment from many years not a new user and whats the solution

Is it payoneer or fiverr account that is cancelled?

Though it's not clear which one is cancelled, the fiverr account or the payoneer account. If this problem is for a payoneer account, then check the payoneer account details to see if it's OK. If your Fiverr account is cancelled, then you need to contact support.

First, which account is cancelled. If Fiverr is cancelled, I think your account was abandoned many days or year. So, Fiverr doesn't recognize your payoneer account. And if your Payoneed cancelled then you have to verify your payoneer account again.
