Additional Copyright for work?

I am going to have an illustrator create drawings for my book.  Should I have some kind of separate agreement vin addition to what is on Fiverr to make it clear that the entire work including the drawings remain mine?

Had anyone done this?  Attach an additional agreement?

Yes, some sellers have it in the gig description or as an extra to a gig when you purchase it so just ask your seller what is his policy on copyrights. If he doesn’t charge extra for that then you are covered by fiverr TOS
