Funds earing issue via Fiverr Revenue Card

Hello Friends!

I earned $60 in this May after completion of 1 order in Fiverr.

Fiverr says they released my funds ($60) on 2 May 2022 via Fiverr Revenue Card (Payoneer- I earned previously 3 times by this process)

But this time I did not received my $60. My payoneer account (which attached with my Fiverr account) says not any amount they received for me this time.

How what can I do? Any person favor or suggest me for this issue....
