To whom are you planning to promote your gig here? You can share your gig links here but I'm not sure how that is going to benefit you. Most of the users are sellers here. Try to be active on linked in, and share your projects and ideas there, might help. Don't share links randomly in social media it will ban your account.

You can only share your gigs in the “My fiverr gigs” category.
