Should i use fiverr Gig promotion again. Because i'm doing well and i reach on the 2nd page again goes back to 4th and 5th page.

 

So should i enable this feature to gain the my rankings?

I would still use it regardless, only stop if your cost per click is going higher that what you make for each order through the promoted gig(s).
