If I ask the client for his website content and contact information for the project purpose, Is there any problem?

Hi, 

This is Mehedi, I'm a graphic designer and WordPress web developer. Recently I have started working for WordPress. But I'm confused about some matters. Fiverr clearly declared not to share any personal information for both buyer and seller. Though I'm working with a WordPress website, sometimes I needed to ask buyers to provide all of the content. Sometimes they forget to share their contact information to use on the website. And that information is project purpose. In this case, is there any problem to ask for the contact information, or if the buyer provides that contact information? 
Note: Here both of us don't have any intention to contact using that contact information.

Sorry for the long question but I need to explain. Hope I'll get the best answer. Thank you all.
