No notifications when new clients sends messages

Hi everyone! Sometimes there’s no notification when new clients writes me. It’s not on iPhone bug, it’s something with Fiverr’s notifications. What is happened?

You should check your phones/ Computers notification settings or just clear the data on your app and then reinstall the whole thing. Maybe it will solve it. I had same experience before.
