Yes, follow Fiverr's TOS that you will find at the bottom of the page on the Fiverr main site. If you do not, Fiverr will punish you by disabling your account.

You can read fiverr TOS (terms of service) that you can find at the footer of fiverr webpage and read what’s allowed and what’s not

Before starting Fiverr again please be relieved to know that there is something called TOR.
