Yes, follow Fiverr's TOS that you will find at the bottom of the page on the Fiverr main site. If you do not, Fiverr will punish you by disabling your account.

You have to follow the Fiverr Rules. If you go against the Fiverr Rules for any reason, your account will be disabled.

Before starting Fiverr again please be relieved to know that there is something called TOR.
