Fiverr ID verification

Hi!

I am a seller. six months ago, I got a notification for ID Verification. I followed all the steps but failed. After 3-4 failed attempts, my account was temporarily disabled. I have tried many times, but my account is still disabled. I contacted fiverr support. They told me there may be problems with the picture quality so I purchased new phone with a good camera, but still the problem is not resolved. I try after every one or two days, but I am unable to verify my identity. Kindly help in this regard.

None of us can help you pass the ID process to verify your account. You will have to work with Fiverr to get that resolved.

Contact Fiverr support again and again. Find what's going on. ask them to find for you. hopefully you will get back you Account  ASAP

Thanks to all of you guys specially sanjidasmrity for your response. with the help of fiverr support team, I finally got my account restored.

Look actually Fiverr match all of pictures with their profile picture and ID picture. So, everytime trying to upload a professional picture on your profile. Don't upload any selfie or any stylish picture on your profile. That picture will recognize that you are that person which you have uploaded everywhere, everytime.

i also met this problem and i used updated new android device to achieve that
