A buyer tells me to contact outside of Fiverr!
I honestly told him I wasn't interested in communicating outside of Fiverr and Fiverr kept my message under review. Could this be a problem for my profile?

It's not your fault. Fiverr just saw your conversation details and find out whose messages are spam then they replied. Hopefully, this won't affect on your profile

No need to worry! The system of Fiverr most likely was flagged due to certain words. The notifications that followed (the buyer's message being marked as spam & them no longer able to be contacted) shows Fiverr sees nothing was your fault. So your profile is safe!

That being said, you shouldn't say you're not interested. You should say it's against the Fiverr rules.

The way you response to the message is not right. You should say in this way that," I can't do that, it's against fiverr rules".

its better to say it's against the Fiverr rules , and about the review you can contact support and ask about your situation
