However, Fiverr CS takes a long time to respond and your order might get marked late before they respond. The FIRST thing you need to do is go to the Resolution Center on your order and ask the buyer to extend the deliver time for your order. As long as you put in this request before your order delivery time expires, your order will not be marked late if the seller accepts this request. Once you submit that request, then contact Fiverr CS and tell them you aren't getting a response from your buyer. Your buyer will need to respond AND accept your request within 2-3 days for your order to be counted as on-time. So keep trying to contact the buyer so that they can accept your request. If buyer does not report then there is no problem, Because the buyer is not able to do the right thing because he is not online, there will be no problem if the buyer keeps the message delivered.
