Probably the issue that you are trying to upload stolen logos 🤦‍♀️ The same as your other logo. 
 

You even ticked a box that you agree that all logos you upload should be original and you are still uploading a logo with the part that you stole from the internet.

Are you serious? You are not allowed to use any elements that are not created by you even if you have a premium shutterstock account. 🤦‍♀️ Logo design is a category where all your work has to be ORIGINAL.

I didn't upload anything In logo maker I uploaded the logo just to show you I am unable to do that for God sake. 😕

Even fiverr most of times use shutter stock in their promotion that means they stole images from internet.r

I had the same problem but now it's resolved. It seems that the logo maker feature limits the number of logos in active status, so you have to deactivate some of the less effective logos in order to upload a new logo.

Fiverr may use Shutterstock images in their promos. Nonetheless, Fiverr still has rules about what type of images you can use in Logo Maker, as cited by @mariashtelle1above.

It turns out that the case I experienced was different.
