Conversion rate and clicks

Good day guys, please why does my conversion rate reduce, and why is it low. And I have 13 clicks with one order. 

Please what can I do?

Conversion rate is being calculated based on how many buyers have messaged you and how many orders have been converted from those messages. If it is low, you are making lower number of orders from new buyers.
