Conversion rate and clicks

Good day guys, please why does my conversion rate reduce, and why is it low. And I have 13 clicks with one order. 

Please what can I do?

As you can see from the quote from the Fiverr Help Center, the statistics are 30-day averages.

the conversion rate depends on how much buyers contact with you and how much buyer have order you.

Conversion is how many times a customer has purchased your service. And the impression is the buyer and how many times have you read this impression.
