Check out Fiverr's Help Center, there's a list with domains that are okay to share. If your link is to one of those, yes; if not, see if you can create a portfolio on one of those.

Yes, you can share your portfolio link. But don't add your social media on portfolio to avoid Fiverr warning.

You can add your portfolio Site on your buyer request. But for safety don't add any contact details or Social media link on your portfolio site.

If it's your only review, might be tricky to work past that, but if you have other good reviews as well you'll be just fine. Learn from your mistakes in how you handled that order, and grow from it to provide a better service and buyer experience in future. 🙂
