Cleared Funds not available for withdrawl

Hello, Generally I get my funds cleared by 15th day and then they are available for withdrawal but the month I earn more than $500, Fiverr cancels my orders taking back the cleared funds. This time it shows my funds are cleared but not making them available for withdrawal. It is making me sick as Fiverr just cancels the orders the day they have to get cleared. Can someone help me with why funds are not available for withdrawal when Fiverr says they're cleared and don't show them in pending clearance either.

Question: Was the message 'cancelled by Fiverr' or was it 'cancelled by buyer'?
