Is there any document like a contract or deed to show you work and earn on Fiverr?

So I withdrew my cash directly into my bank account and my bank is asking for justification of source of funds.

Hi @proconsultn2035, this sounds like an issue that needs to be brought up with Fiverr CS. Please submit a ticket with Customer Support so that they can help you resolve your issue quickly.

Fiverr make it more handy.

You can go to Seller Dashboard > Earning > Get Statement of Earning (The green button)

 

You can easily download the statement from there.
