Not getting any orders all of a sudden

I am a level 2 seller and get on average 4 to 6 orders a day. This has been consistent for around 1 and a half years. I advertise from outside of fiverr and have not changed anything. All of a sudden i have NOT been receiving orders for over a week. I have contacted fiver with no help apart from asking me to clear my cache which i have done.

Is anybody else having the same problem?
