How do I open a new support request?

I can not seem to get anywhere but round in circles on the support section of Fiverr. I am trying to contact support and raise a new request. How do I do that?

Hi Lyndellebarry!

Yes, Fiverr makes it difficult to create new support tickets. Here's how you can jump through all the hoops and get to actually creating a ticket:

1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of your webpage.

2. From the dropdown menu, click on 'Help & Support'

3. Type anything in the search menu, and click enter (at this point, I don't care what I type in, because it'll send you to the same place, just make sure you are in the right category of "seller" or "buyer")

4. Click on the link to any answer (again, it doesn't matter what you click on...you're just trying to get past all the articles to the actual request form)

5. Once that answer opens, scroll down to the very bottom where it says "Still need help? We're here for you" ...click on the "Contact Support" button.

6. It will take you to a menu. Click on any topics from the dropdown menu. Some of these topics labeled as "other" will take you directly to the request form. Others will continue giving you information. BUT at the bottom of that information there will be a link that says "I still need help."

7. Click on "I still need help." and it'll finally open up the form for you to submit a request. Hopefully this helps you!
