Inbox response rate fluxuating

So my inbox response rate is normally 100%. Yet one day, out of the blue it dropped to 96%. Then awhile later it crept back up to 97%. Now as of today, it's slid back down to 96% again. I answer all messages within an hour of receiving them. If they're spam, they're either blocked by me or blocked by the system. So this just doesn't make any sense. 😒

It's a common bug if you don't reply to a message before you mark it as spam. Even if it's just 'no', that's enough to avoid the bug from messing with your response rate.

It crops up from time to time on the forums.

I will caution you: DO NOT unmark the spam messages so as to reply. That will mess with your response time. Just wait out the 60 days and it should fix itself.

Update: Response rate is back at 100% again. 😃
