Suggestions for my Portfolio?

I've never posted my gigs in 'improve my gig', guess I'm a bit of a wimp in that regard but I'm wondering if people have any good suggestions for what to include in my portfolio?

I offer consultancy mainly, and also LinkedIn profiles, so I don't have lots of great videos or graphics like some other sellers to include. Currently I have a PDF of an article, a pitch deck for my startup and my LinkedIn profile (without contact info). I know these look a bit... budget. 

Any ideas for what I could include? I'm very open to suggestions / ideas! I've thought of creating a video but I'm not sure.
