The main reason is your gig isn't rank. Edit & do SEO of your description. Hope that your gig will rank & you find your gig.

Are your impressions zero? If impressions are not zero, then it doesn't matter if you cannot find your own gig. Other people can, or you would not be getting impressions.

Surely Youtube monetization isn't something you should be offering as a gig though. It depends on watch hours and you can't guarantee they'll get a certain amount of organic watch hours.
