Don't.

Fiverr's ToS does not permit taking work outside the platform.

Did you not read the Fiverr Terms of Service? It clearly states that all payments must be made through the Fiverr system. You cannot accept payments from anywhere else. Please be aware of the site rules. You did check the box stating that you read them when you signed up for your account. 😉
