No there is no trick my friend. You have to be honest with it cause it's an examination to prove yourself about your English level test.

If you really are fluent in English, as you claim to be on your profile page, you don't need tricks to pass a simple English test.

And if you're not fluent in English, change that part of your profile (perhaps to Basic), so you don't deceive potential customers.

Your profile says you are fluent in English, and perhaps it would be more honest to change it to conversational. If you are not good at grammar, a prospective clients will know as soon as they message you and will think you are dishonest. If they find you unethical, they will be hesitant to hire you.

From my side, at first try to improve your English skills. After you decide your English skill is much better for pass the Fiverr English test then try it. I hope you deserved and do it.

Ensure that u have a minimum skill in english and be confident to pass the test on the first or second attempt.

You may get some tricks but in the long run, it's gonna fall you into trouble to communicate with the Buyer. Excellent communication skills highly considered to make the Buyer permanent, save the time from explaining requirements again n again.
