Can't get my pay even if the order isn't refunded

A buyer refunded an order that was completed once, and since then the orders pending don't go into my fiverr wallet but go into the "cancelled" orders tab, even if the order is completed and the buyer paid. is there something I can do about it or did I just work for free and there's no way I can get the money? Here are 3 orders, the one that got cancelled and two others that are completed but considered cancelled after the first one.

And what is the message inside of your ticket that CS agent wrote? 
The email you attached is a second email that comes after the reply.

Did you reach out to support team to ask why your orders were cancelled?

yes they only responded with an automatic email and said the problem was "solved", maybe i'll receive a second email?

I understand how you feel regarding your funds not being added to you. Let me explain.
 
After reviewing your account I have seen that there has been a dispute and that you have been in debt for 24$. That is why some of your funds were being deducted from your account. So far the 20$ has been deducted which remains with only 4$ in debt.

I'm still kind of sad since I mean the buyer gave me an amazing review and they just kind of betrayed me like this... I wish there was a way to when someone ask to be refunded an actual person in fiverr's team search for the reason to see if it's actually normal 😕
