Fiverr Seller Algorithms Issue

Hi Fiverr customer service, I am Jay, this is my Fiverr account: https://www.fiverr.com/jayyap123, I found a problem with my gig which is my Subtitling service gig (https://www.fiverr.com/share/D22rDQ), I was ranked in the first page of my niche on Fiverr in the old days, but now, I was ranked in the last page and I didn't do anything special in the previous day, I am just working as like the old days, and when I checked my impression, it drops dramatically, picture as below, I was really scared and I need your help as this is my business in my life, I hope that I can have a solution with this problem from your side. Well, there is something, you had an order with 4.3 stars exactly the day your impressions went down, plus that buyer also could’ve left a hidden review which could’ve been worse than your public one. 
Fiverr is all about performance and drop in performance cause less visibility and less impressions. 
And I highly doubt that fiverr will be able to do anything about this because ranking depend on your performance.

That explained a lot, but it's still too weird, only 1 bad review can kill a 200+ review Fiverr gig from the first ranked page to the last page, this consequences is over-serious on my side, do you have any idea of what should I do next to save it back? Like just do back what I did normally to pull up the algorithms again?

And then one great review from a very happy customer can improve things a lot.

It looks like you have 2 orders in that gig, so, deliver great work without unnecessary delays, I guess? And hope for the best?
