Hey there everyone! I recently tried to make a payment for a gig but my credit card was debited without being able to finish my order. I couldn't even get passed the payment method because my payment method was declined several times. Plz Help me guys I have no idea what to do cause I tried to ask for a refund directly through Customer service but I don't even have an ID order cause I couldn't get one to begin with. Is there anything I can do to get a refund?

NB: first I used my payoneer credit card but with several useless attempts I switched to another credit card which is that of my local bank.

Speak to Customer support about it at the help desk or support@fiverr.com. Even if you don't have an order number you can explain it to them in the ticket or email (without giving confidential info that shouldn't be given).
