Has anyone had a support ticket take a month to solve?

Question

Hi guys, I hope you are doing well. I have a Fiverr support ticket that is now in its 3 weeks without being solved. The last time I requested this same thing to be solved on my profile it also took three weeks, I had to close it thinking it was the reason behind my drop in impressions. Right now it's taking longer again, and my impressions are dropping, affecting my earnings.

Has anyone had this issue before?

It depends on what kind of request. If those were requests that went to finance team or to developers to fix the bug then yes it takes time.
