Buyer can't submit his review, what's the problem? please help this issue

Buyer can't submit his review, what's the problem? it keeps saying he don’t have enough characters but he already type 29 charecter, what is the solution on this situation

When this order was completed?
Once an order is marked as completed, a buyer has 10 days to leave a review.

If he is trying after 10 days, he can not rate you.

If not 10 days yet, then may be any issue there, and ask him to try by reopening the app.
