If you are talking about fiver promoted gig feature then you can only promote those gigs that qualifies.lets suppose if your 4 gigs qualifies then its upto you how many you promote

You can only promote those gigs that qualifies for promotion. You will be notified how many of your current gigs are eligible for promotion.

Yes, you can promote your gigs on social media or linkdin.

Yes, off course. Don’t open it all-time because every search of your gig it take a minimum amount of dollar cut off. When you do not need promoting you can off it.

If you have 20 reviews on gig then your gig qualify for promoted. Yes you can promoted 2 or more gigs but every gigs 20 reviews.
