Copyrights are a tricky thing, and your question could be taken a couple different ways.

If you've posted a video on YouTube, and you want to use your video as a gig video, it's probably fine, though you may have to prove it's yours to CS.

If you're asking about using someone else's video ABSOLUTLY NOT PERMISSABLE. Go reread the Fiverr Terms of Service.
