None of us can give you orders and clients. YOU can find new orders and clients by researching your target customers, learning about their project needs, and developing a skilled service that meets those needs.

So, if you can't see a way to do it on your profile (it's an additional box below the profile box with the "Set Availability" button), you probably can't.
