Review Period Not Long Enough

I purchased a service from a seller and the service was great, but I(and many others) like to wait a few weeks, at least, to review anything so that I can use it and really be sure that everything works as it's supposed to.  When I went back to leave a review I find out the time had expired.  I had no idea that I had a time frame in which to leave a review.  This really should be changed.

Which service you were purchasing that it required for you to wait before you could leave a review?

Reading Fiverr's TOS would have prevented this issue.
