@gabriele , to get the gig promotion option on fiverr, you need to be at least a level one seller, and a gig should have more than 20 reviews. So now you should focus on organic order. thank you

To get gig promote option you need to full-fill fiverr rules :

Like- at lest Level-1 seller and your gig should have more than 20 reviews

If you totally new in fiverr now, you need focus on you good work and good communications
