Did they place an official order here, and did you deliver on the order page using the "Deliver Now" button? If yes, then:

As soon as a buyer accepts your delivery, it's marked as "completed." If the buyer neither accepts nor rejects your order, it's automatically marked as "completed" 3 days after the delivery's due date. The completed order is then processed for payment.

When buyers make orders, they pay Fiverr. Once that order is completed, 80% of the funds are assigned to your account. The funds remain under a "pending" status for a 14-day clearing period. This timeline is for financial processing and buyer satisfaction guarantee. When the funds are marked as "cleared," they are available for withdrawal.
Note: Top-Rated Sellers (TRS), Seller Plus sellers and PRO sellers have a 7 day clearing period.

(If no, and you just completed and delivered an order within a deadline based on messages but without an official order having been placed on the order page, you've probably been scammed. In that case, sadly, you can't do more than report the scammer, and not work without an official order in future.)

I looked at your profile, and it doesn't show that you have ever delivered an order.

That means that you have either sent the work through the inbox, or that you have violated Fiverr's Terms of Service by communicating with the so-called agency outside of Fiverr (it's usually on Telegram or through Gmail) and delivered the work outside of Fiverr.

In other words, you have been scammed, and you did the work for free.

There's nothing to do about it now, but in the future, I suggest that you refuse to communicate or work outside of Fiverr, and only start working after an actual order was placed.

@miiilagave you more information about that.
