If the cancellation clearly wasn't due to your fault, but only due to the buyer itself then contact the Support Team about it. The cancellation won't impact your statistics at all if approved by the team. 

I had to use their help dozens of times so far and they are always helpful.

Once, I had to cancel 8 orders from a single buyer due to him not being cooperative. Didn't impact me at all.
