Showcase problem

Recently I have completed an order on Fiverr he also give me five star rating  but

I forgot to set showcase image 

Can it is possible for set showcase image after delivered the order?

It's not possible after the fact. Also, once you adjusted your settings to show showcase images, it's up to the buyer for every individual delivery, to decide if they allow the image to be shown or not, there's a checkbox that they can leave selected when they write their feedback, or deselect. Some buyers don't want the images to be shown, for privacy reasons.
