Hello there! May i know the process of file exchange between buyer and seller, would the buyer send file to be working on, on message box or order box, from where the files are exchanged?

All of your communication and exchange of files should happen in the order page. In case, you have any issue in the future, Fiverr will review the order page not your inbox chat. 

So to keep yourself on the safer side, always use order page
