Hello Fiverr community ! If a buyer ask to send him/her some completed project samples inbox, in a buyer request, Is it violation of rules of Fiverr to send the required inbox? Thank you

While it's not against any rules, Fiverr does say this:

Depends on the service you offer, and/or what you consider a 'sample'. In general, though, it's a bad idea to provide free samples. Paid samples are usually okay, though.
