How can I rank gig in the High competitor keyword? Suppose a Non-rating gig

Keyword don’t “rank you”. They are just showing in in search when someone is searching for it. And WHERE in search you are shown depends on your gig performance and potential and how people react on it when they see it in search results.

Ok, maria. But don't have any step in the rank gig in targeted keywords?

Keywords don’t rank your gig. And there are no steps or tricks. 
Fiverr algorithm is all about connecting buyers to the services they are interested in. Fiverr gives a boost to some new gigs and shows them more at the beginning but if people don’t click or don’t hoover mouse over your gig or don’t interact with it at all then fiverr just considers that your gig is not interested for people. 
Antone who gives you steps or 10 bullet points most likely don’t have any sales themselves.
