Please can someone explain to me the difference between " username cannot be contacted anyone....this won't affect your response rate" vs " username is not accepting any messages now"

Because I have a active order with my buyer and now am unable to message him saying " username cannot be contacted anyone.... this won't affect your response rate

Can someone help me and explain it to me

Open the buyer's profile in private tab, if it opens then it means that the buyer blocked your profile. If nothing shows up then it means that the fiverr blocked the buyer's account.

You should probably contact CS for better assistance. This is abnormal.
